Exchange Policy

At ROAD WARRIORS SDN BHD, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with a product, we offer an exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:


1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  • Items that have been customized or modified are not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Electrical components (e.g., wiring harnesses, switches).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.
  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at road-w@outlook.com/+60107870426 within the exchange period. Provide your order details and reason for the exchange.
  • Step 2: Once approved, ship the item to the following address:
    78-1, JALAN TASEK SS1, BANDAR TASEK MUTIARA, 14120 SIMPANG AMPAT, PULAU PINANG.
    Note: Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at road-w@outlook.com.
  • We will provide a replacement at no additional cost and cover the shipping charges.
